Overview:
 
The ServiceNow Developer/Project Manager will coordinate and provide solutions for ServiceNow development and maintenance efforts. Additionally, the individual will be expected to maintain a high degree of communication with the Implementation Team and to document requirements and solutions. Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
 
Strong understanding of and hands-on development experience with implementing ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management and Demand Management.
 
Software professional with the ability to develop and maintain a clear vision for the entire ServiceNow product base, including maintaining a consistent model for ServiceNow use across the Enterprise and assurance that all solutions for ServiceNow functionality meet a standard of consistency.
 
Good critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
4+ years’ of ServiceNow development experience
Experience writing processors, integrations, business rules, etc. in ServiceNow
Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, Web Services, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow’s REST APIs and with the development of custom ServiceNow applications and APIs
Experience performing major version upgrades to ServiceNow
ITIL Certification or similar experience a plus
 
Hands-on Experience in the following ServiceNow Applications:
 
Project Portfolio Management and Demand Management, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Workflow, Survey/Assessment, Knowledge, and CMDB.
 
Must be willing to submit to background investigation
